Job Description

Inside Sales Consultant at growing motorcoach company engaging leads and converting inquiries to reservations. Requires communication skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on existing quotes at pre-determined times
  • Engage prospects to understand trip details, needs, and decision timelines
  • Convert qualified leads into booked reservations
  • Build rapport with schools, corporate clients, tour groups, and private customers
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service
  • Address customer questions regarding pricing, availability, and safety
  • Reinforce company value propositions (safety record, reliability, service quality)
  • Proactively close sales and secure deposits
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes
  • Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
  • Gather feedback from lost or inactive leads
  • Identify trends in objections or lost business
  • Provide insights to management to improve pricing, service, and sales strategy

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
  • Strong phone presence and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
