Job Description
Account Executive responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients at Digistore24, a leading tech company in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through proactive outreach.
- Maintain existing customers through regular communication.
- Close sales and negotiate agreements.
- Document customer conversations in the CRM system.
- Work closely with Account Management, Marketing and the Onboarding team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in the B2B and SaaS space.
- Empathy and a customer-focused approach.
- Ongoing monitoring of current market developments.
- Confident and responsible when dealing with people.
- Interest in building long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
