Job Description

Account Executive responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients at Digistore24, a leading tech company in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through proactive outreach.
  • Maintain existing customers through regular communication.
  • Close sales and negotiate agreements.
  • Document customer conversations in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Account Management, Marketing and the Onboarding team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in the B2B and SaaS space.
  • Empathy and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ongoing monitoring of current market developments.
  • Confident and responsible when dealing with people.
  • Interest in building long-term, trust-based customer relationships.
