Job Description
Channel Sales Representative driving Earned Wage Access solutions in partnership with small businesses across the U.S. Engaging clients and building strong sales relationships for ZayZoon's platform.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with payroll sales representatives and partners.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborating with the company's sales and marketing teams.
- Training and Enablement: Providing training and sales support to partners.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitoring sales performance and tracking KPIs.
- Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating with marketing teams for campaigns and events.
- Relationship Building: Establishing communication channels with channel partners.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management roles
- Excellent communication skills.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to travel approximately 4-6 times per year across the United States.
- Team-first mentality.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency in pursuit of optimal client experience.
