Job Description

Account Executive driving sales of IT solutions for mid-market clients at Deel. Engaging with customers to navigate complex sales cycles and establish strong partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Hungry for success: You’re passionate and driven, willing to take risks, be creative, and remain resilient.
  • Seasoned sales professional: You have experience selling to mid-market customers (200–2,000 employees), ideally with a software-led product, and proven success as a net-new logo hunter.
  • Ownership and execution: You own the full sales cycle from start to finish, navigating complex commercial deals by building strong relationships and negotiating to close.
  • Strong communicator: You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills. You can clearly articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to earn customer trust and close deals.
  • Owner mindset: You’re passionate about Deel IT’s product and mission and consistently demonstrate that throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience—ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
  • Proven contributor to at least one significant business success story, with an understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong track record closing B2B software-led product sales. You are an expert individual contributor with an excellent performance history.
  • Willing and able to build strong pipelines while effectively partnering with a BDR.
  • Accurate forecasting skills: you identify pipeline gaps, stay ahead of the curve, and consistently strive to exceed expectations.
  • Experience collaborating with teams across a growing company and building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Thrive in a global, remote team environment.

Benefits:

  • Equity grant opportunities (stock options) depending on role, employment status, and location.
  • Additional benefits and perks based on employment status and country.
  • Flexible remote work, including optional access to WeWork spaces.
