Job Description

Account Manager managing day-to-day client relationships and executing digital marketing strategies for clients worldwide. Serving as the primary liaison to ensure successful campaign execution and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Lead client meetings with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
  • Build strong relationships through responsiveness, reliability, and trust.
  • Manage expectations and guide clients through strategy, performance, and next steps.
  • Navigate challenging conversations with diplomacy and solutions-oriented thinking.
  • Coordinate and oversee digital campaigns across SEO, paid media, social, email marketing, and content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct quality assurance on deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and high standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present client reports in an easy-to-understand format.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta reporting.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflow across multiple accounts.
  • Coordinate with marketing coordinators and specialists to ensure execution excellence.
  • Maintain clear documentation and project organization.
  • Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years managing digital marketing accounts.
  • Working knowledge of: SEO & content marketing
  • Paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Social media marketing
  • Email marketing & automation
  • Customer journey optimization
  • Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Confident, polished communicator in client-facing settings.
  • Personable and relationship-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong time management and follow-through.
