Job Description
Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager coordinating marketing projects for a creative agency. Focused on operational efficiency and oversight of marketing initiatives in various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management and coordination of marketing projects and client accounts
- Assist with project planning, timelines, and workflow management across marketing initiatives
- Work alongside senior leadership to oversee operational processes and ensure smooth project delivery
- Help administer, document, and refine internal processes to improve efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on schedule
- Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting updates to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to improving project management systems and operational frameworks
- Support marketing initiatives related to SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta), and social media campaigns when required
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or agency operations
- Experience working in a marketing agency or creative agency environment in AU/US/UK or similar market
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, paid ads, email marketing and social media platforms
- Experience managing internal creative and marketing projects end-to-end
- Strong organisational, planning, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution
- Strong understanding of UX and digital user journeys
- Keen interest or experience in optimising processes using AI tools, automations and workflows
