Job Description

Account Manager managing enterprise accounts for Vozy, driving growth and retention through upsell and renewals in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts.
  • Drive expansion and renewal revenue.
  • Lead QBRs and value realization sessions.
  • Identify growth opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Manage renewals, pricing adjustments, and contract expansions.
  • Partner closely with internal teams.
  • Monitor account health and mitigate churn risk.
  • Maintain accurate expansion and renewal forecasts.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer.
  • Ensure compliance with security and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or expansion sales in SaaS
  • Proven experience growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Strong relationship management and commercial skills
  • Excellent professional communication skills in English
  • Data-driven and execution-focused mindset
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise relationships
  • Ideally based in Medellín, Colombia.
