Job Description

Head of Partnerships at Base, responsible for building venue and brand partnerships. Drive Member engagement, growth, and revenue through strategic collaborations and premium offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the partnerships strategy for Member engagement, growth, and revenue
  • Identify, pitch, and close premium partners like restaurants, cultural institutions, and lifestyle brands
  • Launch Member-only access to exclusive events and special programming
  • Negotiate terms and own sponsorship revenue targets
  • Work cross-team to integrate partnerships into Member experiences
  • Track partnership performance and refine strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in partnerships, business development, sponsorships, events, or account management
  • Experience closing and managing complex partnerships across hospitality, culture, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Ability to design or execute premium events, experiences, or community activations
