Job Description
Junior Territory Manager responsible for developing sales in the geographic area of Germany. Driving active sales of microscopic products and managing customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive active sales across the full microscopy product portfolio
- Manage your territory, including travel and customer engagement
- Plan and conduct customer visits and product demonstrations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with or without marketing support
- Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities using the CRM system
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, timelines, and customer interactions
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
- Proactively seek new accounts to stimulate regional growth
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in a technical field
- Sales experience; knowledge of microscopy is a plus
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for selling and closing deals
- Excellent self-organization and strong self-motivation
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly
