Job Description

Territory Manager responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for medical aesthetics devices at Venus AI. Fostering strong customer relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth for new customers; increase customer base and market share
  • Conduct prospect analysis, understand their business, their opportunities, and gaps
  • Develop pipelines, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity
  • Conduct a minimum of 30 cold calls daily, book 5 meetings daily and run 2-3 meetings daily
  • Adaptation/execution of Company’s sales strategy
  • Establish a thorough understanding of focused portfolio
  • Educate prospects on product line up in a professional manner
  • Conduct product demonstrations
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Develop reference sites, provide sales support at meetings, workshops and conventions as necessary
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by regular updates
  • Support installation at the customer's site in accordance with the Company's methods
  • Meet sales targets
  • Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training

Requirements:

  • BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience in selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons and Med Spas preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth
  • Excellent cold calling and selling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral and strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce is an asset
  • Solid MS Office and general computer skills
  • Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
