Job Description

Territory Account Manager driving revenue growth by promoting solutions and expanding customer relationships. Collaborating with teams to solve client challenges in network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of profitable prospects.
  • Evaluate and develop opportunities by assessing customer needs, business viability, and strategic fit while coordinating resources to support successful solution deployment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning solutions to customer priorities, delivering consultative guidance, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Lead the sales process from discovery through proposal, articulating value, differentiating solutions, securing competitive positioning, and driving customer preference.
  • Accelerate account growth by leveraging customer success, uncovering cross-sell opportunities, and introducing additional solutions and business teams where appropriate.
  • Execute strategic account plans, manage opportunity pipelines, and deliver accurate forecasts to support business objectives.
  • Build executive-level relationships that strengthen account penetration, influence business planning discussions, and expand long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Pricing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, HR, and channel partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Align daily sales activities with broader business strategies, effectively manage resources, resolve channel conflicts, and ensure execution supports corporate goals and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of inside or outside sales experience.
  • Network infrastructure and low voltage experience required.
  • Cable, connectivity, and power network infrastructure experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong learning agility, market research, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Location: Must reside in DFW, Houston, or Austin area.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%.
