Job Description

Account Manager in a fast-paced influencer marketing agency using AI-driven workflows for campaigns. Responsible for campaign execution, client relations, and building influencer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution—from influencer outreach and contract negotiation to final reporting.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to proofread, generate briefs, and streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Draft and proofread contracts, client briefs, and outreach emails.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with influencers, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Navigate demanding client expectations and propose strategic pivots.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–3+ years in influencer or digital marketing for AM3 and 4–5+ years for AM4.
  • Skills: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Client Communication: Respond to 100% of emails within 24 hours.
  • AI Proficiency: Embrace new AI tools and share successful prompts with the team.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with influencers.
