Job Description
Account Manager nurturing client relationships within the smart metering sector. Focused on growth and client satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with assigned clients
- Ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective products
- Conducting regular check-ins and reviews with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategy discussions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales
- Experience in the smart metering or related energy sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field (not essential)
