Job Description
Paid Social Manager leading Meta campaigns and optimization for DEPT®, a technology and marketing growth company. Driving client performance, reporting, testing, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and implement platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads.
- Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
- Quantify, prioritize, and execute high-impact initiatives.
- Partner with Client Partners on strategic recommendations and client-facing communications.
- Contribute paid social insights and narratives to tactical plans, creative strategies, and business reviews.
- Ensure rigorous QA, accurate execution, budget stewardship, and brand standards.
- Participate in client calls, reporting calls, and status meetings.
- Coach and mentor team members, supporting onboarding and technical and strategic capability development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid social experience across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools.
- Advanced understanding of paid social strategy across the funnel, including audience development, creative testing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and performance objectives, with a strong grasp of full-funnel activation.
- Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and formats.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance, surface insights, and deliver clear optimization recommendations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or dashboarding tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience contributing to client-facing presentations and strategic storytelling.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
