Job Description

Accounts Payable Manager managing AP activities and team development at EVERSANA. Ensure efficient processing of vendor invoices and collaborate with finance and procurement teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AP activities, develop team members, establish new processes, and improve existing processes
  • Communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all vendor invoices
  • Prepare weekly payment projections and monitor weekly payment runs
  • Participate in monthly close activities and perform month-end reconciliation of Accounts Payable Aging Report

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a finance environment with at least five years in AP
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Management experience, working with multiple entities and countries
