Job Description
Analyst role with TRACTIAN's Finance team, managing receivables and collaborating with business units. Essential for cash flow predictability and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Generating and issuing invoices to customers for goods or services rendered
- Receiving, recording, and depositing customer payments
- Contacting customers by email or phone to follow up on overdue payments or resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to resolve issues and improve overall business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience with finance routines and strong knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and integrated management systems (ERP)
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes, including collections, payment reconciliation, and delinquency management
- Proficiency in Excel
- Advanced/Fluent English
