Job Description

Accounts Receivable Specialist managing AMER billing, collections, and reconciliations for Heidi’s AI healthcare platform. Supporting month-end close, customer inquiries, audits, and AR automation remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations for the AMER region, including invoicing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and customer account reconciliations
  • Verify supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries from AMER clients
  • Maintain AR sub-ledgers by tracking payments and investigating variances
  • Identify unapplied cash and adjustments requiring resolution
  • Contribute to month-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and AR reporting
  • Support audit and compliance requests by organizing and maintaining documentation and records
  • Help drive AR process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Report to Heidi’s Accounts Receivable Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage internal teams and external customers across different time zones
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve billing issues and streamline receivables processes
  • Flexibility to occasionally align working hours with EMEA business operations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • CPA qualification is a plus but not required
  • Experience in a technology or SaaS company
  • Familiarity with AR automation tools, billing platforms, or workflow systems
  • Prior experience supporting AMER-based teams and customers
  • Ability to work US timezone schedules / night shifts aligned with US business hours
