Job Description
Remote Administrative Assistant handling office/vendor relations and supporting various departments. Responsible for budgeting, organizing events, and maintaining company documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all office vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing with vendors, and research new vendors as necessary.
- Make company purchases such as office supplies, computer equipment, industry related membership dues, etc. and file and track receipts for every purchase.
- Maintain general cleanliness and presentation of office spaces as needed.
- Plan, budget, and execute parties and events for the team; boost Company morale and encourage staff engagement.
- Be proficient with the Company’s CRM system for customer information and report look up.
- File, organize, maintain, and update various documents such as legal agreements, contracts, schedule A’s, etc. in Company’s eFiling system.
- Maintain all DocuSign templates and send contracts to Agents for signature.
- Update internal Accountability Chart for Company as needed.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams in planning trade shows.
- Perform various other duties and assignments as assigned by Executives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in office/administrative work
