Job Description
Gerente sênior liderando o Transformation Office da Cogna, maior organização brasileira de soluções educacionais. Conectando estratégia à execução, governança de portfólio e captura de valor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Transformation Office as the guardian of the management model that connects strategy to execution
- Define the vision, priorities, and evolution of the methodology, portfolio, and goal deployment process
- Lead the translation of strategic priorities into objectives and key results with senior executives
- Ensure alignment between strategy, targets, metrics, and variable compensation, including results measurement and auditing
- Manage a portfolio of hundreds of transformation initiatives
- Define prioritization criteria and business case methodology
- Measure financial impact, track value capture, and verify realized results against the plan
- Ensure change management and transformation engagement practices are in place
- Structure forums, cadence, and visibility for the senior leadership's corporate agenda
- Prepare and present materials, lead governance routines, and facilitate discussions with senior leadership and the executive committee
- Lead, develop, and engage a team of specialist business partners supporting executives
Requirements:
- Experience in strategy, management, or transformation consulting
- Hands-on experience in a Transformation Office
- Experience leading organizational transformation projects
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships with executive leadership
- Experience leading change initiatives and transformation management
- Preferred: experience with Operating Model projects
- Preferred: experience in organizational design
- Preferred: experience managing teams in highly complex environments
