Job Description

Administrative Assistant providing high-level support to the Marketing Department at Sequoia Ecological Consulting. Responsible for project coordination, document preparation, and operational support for business development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Marketing Department
  • Manage schedules, maintain files, prepare documents, and support internal coordination
  • Assist with proposal coordination and business development activities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or project coordinator experience
  • Experienced in environmental consulting, architecture/engineering/construction, or a technical professional services industry
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, environmental science, or related field preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and database software (e.g., AirTable)
  • Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
