Job Description
Administrative Assistant providing high-level support to the Marketing Department at Sequoia Ecological Consulting. Responsible for project coordination, document preparation, and operational support for business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to Marketing Department
- Manage schedules, maintain files, prepare documents, and support internal coordination
- Assist with proposal coordination and business development activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or project coordinator experience
- Experienced in environmental consulting, architecture/engineering/construction, or a technical professional services industry
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, environmental science, or related field preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and database software (e.g., AirTable)
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
