Job Description
Remote Area Administrative Assistant supporting CVS Health MinuteClinic executives across Southeast markets. Coordinating meetings, events, travel, expenses, reporting, and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Executive Area Director and area leadership team
- Coordinate activities across multiple markets, locations, and time zones
- Plan and coordinate area meetings, including agendas, logistics, materials, communications, and follow-up actions
- Organize meetings and special events, including venues, attendee lists, catering, speakers, and vendors
- Coordinate area events, leadership meetings, town halls, and off-site gatherings
- Manage airfare, lodging, transportation, and itineraries for area leadership
- Process and reconcile travel and business expenses
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and business communications using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain, track, and analyze data for business planning, operational reporting, and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on regional priorities and initiatives
- Manage office and business support activities
- Coordinate special projects and support key business initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly
- Complete assignments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of administrative, executive support, event coordination, operations support, or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and expense management
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Ability to organize and present information effectively
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional business correspondence
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Preferred: Associate degree
- Preferred: Experience supporting executive or senior-level leaders
- Preferred: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: Experience supporting multi-site or area operations across time zones
- Preferred: Experience coordinating large-scale meetings, leadership events, and business functions
- Preferred: Process improvement and operational efficiency experience
- Preferred: Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones
