Job Description

Administrative Assistant supporting clinical staff and ensuring smooth operations in a remote ABA practice. Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the practice expands.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries from families, staff, and referral sources
  • Schedule and coordinate client and clinician appointments
  • Maintain client and staff records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork for new clients and employees
  • Support billing, authorizations, and insurance documentation as needed
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and office correspondence
  • Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support the development of SOPs for a growing agency
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, Adobe (PDF editing)
  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, education, or ABA settings is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
