Job Description
Administrative Specialist assisting with operations, marketing, and business development tasks. Working as part of ZRG Partners' Operations team to improve systems and support executive searches.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with and lead projects within operations, marketing, search execution, and business development
- Conduct outreach list creation for executive searches
- Support event logistics and implementation
- Manage advertising placement efforts
- Provide administrative support for business development
- Conduct records maintenance and data entry
- Assist in scheduling for searches and engagements
- Respond to inquiries from clients, candidates, and stakeholders
- Provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage candidate reimbursement and media screening processes
Requirements:
- 0-2+ years relevant administrative support or related experience
- High level of responsiveness to internal and external requests
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to communicate across various platforms
- Technological acumen
- Ability to work independently and remain engaged
- Experience in a search firm or nonprofit sector a plus
