Job Description

Administrative Specialist assisting with operations, marketing, and business development tasks. Working as part of ZRG Partners' Operations team to improve systems and support executive searches.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with and lead projects within operations, marketing, search execution, and business development
  • Conduct outreach list creation for executive searches
  • Support event logistics and implementation
  • Manage advertising placement efforts
  • Provide administrative support for business development
  • Conduct records maintenance and data entry
  • Assist in scheduling for searches and engagements
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Provide technical support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage candidate reimbursement and media screening processes

Requirements:

  • 0-2+ years relevant administrative support or related experience
  • High level of responsiveness to internal and external requests
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate across various platforms
  • Technological acumen
  • Ability to work independently and remain engaged
  • Experience in a search firm or nonprofit sector a plus
