Job Description
Affiliate Manager onboarding and supporting partners for an Australian gaming startup combining entertainment with cryptocurrency economics. Managing tracking, performance, compliance, and influencer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the complete onboarding process for new affiliates, including registration, validation, tracking link setup, dashboard access, and initial guidance
- Provide first-line support via chat, email, calls, WhatsApp, and Telegram, in line with defined response SLAs
- Translate the product and technology for affiliates and partners
- Explain tracking, postbacks, dashboards, performance reports, and promotional materials
- Liaise with Product, Tech, and Finance to resolve tracking bugs, payment issues, and creative approval requests
- Monitor performance by affiliate, identify declines, and propose reactivation initiatives
- Document processes and create FAQs and self-service materials
- Ensure partner content complies with the applicable market’s compliance and responsible gambling requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates and influencers from onboarding through day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English, with a 100% English-speaking work environment
- Previous experience with technology, having worked in product, technical support, or SaaS
- Exceptional communication skills, clarity, active listening, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partners in parallel
- Previous experience in iGaming/betting, affiliate marketing, or the creator economy (a plus)
- Experience managing relationships with content creators and influencers (a plus)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Income Access, Cellxpert, MyAffiliates, Affilka) and CRM systems (a plus)
- A third language—Spanish or Portuguese—if the program serves Latin America (a plus)
- Curiosity, authenticity, autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity and Australian time zones
