Job Description
Remote Site Care Partner supporting UK clinical trial sites for ICON Strategic Solutions. Building site relationships, guiding compliance, and optimizing study engagement with reduced travel.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for deliverables and working collaboratively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff at clinical trial sites
- Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site
- Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes
Requirements:
- Must be based in the UK
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Previous experience working as a CRA, 5+ years' required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
- Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based
- Ideal candidate: Lead CRA with 10+ years of monitoring experience and good understanding of the regulatory and site contract process in UK
