Job Description
Business Solutions Partner supporting clients using Pacvue’s commerce media platform. Advising on retail media and programmatic solutions while feeding client insights into product and GTM strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand objectives, identify gaps, and recommend established Pacvue platform solutions
- Support client and internal-team conversations, escalating complex or custom scoping to senior BSPs
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and agency teams on client engagements and post-sales technical guidance
- Communicate platform capabilities to practitioners and client teams
- Support opportunities from pre-sales discovery through expansion
- Flag upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collect product feedback and translate client use cases into notes for BSP and Product teams
- Contribute to voice-of-customer reporting and EMEA alpha/beta programmes
- Support GTM initiatives, product launches, enablement sessions, playbooks, and solution guides
- Help develop demos, ROI models, and talking points
- Share competitive and market observations to inform product and GTM strategy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Developing grounding in programmatic advertising
- Comfortable in client-facing environments
- Hands-on exposure to programmatic and DSP platforms
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP is a plus
- The Trade Desk experience is valued
- Developing understanding of retail media and full-funnel advertising
- Experience in brand media teams, ad tech, retail media, solutions consulting, agency, or a related commercial or operational environment
- Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA
- Ability to listen carefully, ask good questions, and translate client needs into clear notes
- Developing structured thinking and clear communication
