Job Description
Influencer and Affiliate Manager growing Alpurial’s online horse-feed brand through creator partnerships. Building campaigns, UGC, and affiliate marketing for reach, authenticity, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop influencer and affiliate partnerships with a focus on reach, authenticity, and revenue.
- Research suitable creators, assess their potential, and select collaboration partners.
- Build new partnerships and foster existing relationships over the long term.
- Coordinate briefs, product shipments, campaigns, and content alignment.
- Monitor collaboration performance and derive next steps.
- Develop new ideas for creator campaigns, UGC, and authentic content.
- Systematically expand affiliate marketing with a focus on long-term growth.
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and E-Commerce while actively contributing your own ideas.
Requirements:
- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator management within e-commerce.
- A strong feel for brands, people, and authentic communication.
- Enjoyment of building networks and maintaining long-term relationships.
- A structured, self-directed approach to work and enthusiasm for hands-on execution.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a good sense of tone and messaging.
- Confidence working with numbers and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and spoken German.
- Optional: An interest in equestrian sports or genuine enthusiasm for the equestrian world.
