Job Description
Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist scaling QuillBot’s global affiliate program. Recruiting partners, optimizing commissions, attribution, and ROI for Learneo’s productivity and learning businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive partner recruitment, activation, and revenue growth across QuillBot's global affiliate ecosystem
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic affiliate partners
- Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures, and incentive programs
- Set up and manage affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking codes, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, and partner support
- Analyze affiliate performance across cohorts, geographies, and partner types
- Track conversion quality, revenue, CAC, LTV, and fraud indicators
- Present findings and optimization recommendations to senior management
- Manage commission spend within approved budgets and recommend reallocations based on performance, growth opportunities, and ROI
- Design and run structured tests across incentives, offers, audience segments, commission tiers, and campaign mechanics
- Partner with Creative to build promotional materials and affiliate assets
- Collaborate with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering to optimize tracking and attribution, implement fraud detection, and improve measurement accuracy
- Monitor affiliate marketing trends, competition, technologies, regulatory changes, and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, preferably within a B2C subscription or consumer technology business
- Success recruiting, onboarding, and scaling affiliate partner networks, managing partner performance, and making data-based commission and budget recommendations against acquisition, revenue, and ROI goals
- Deep hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, PartnerStack or comparable affiliate management systems
- Analytical judgment to diagnose partner performance changes, identify high-potential segments, prioritize optimization opportunities, and translate data into practical partner and program actions
- Understanding of attribution, fraud detection, and quality-control concepts
- Ability to communicate performance findings and recommendations through dashboards, written updates, and structured presentations
- Ability to collaborate across remote, cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Brand, Data, and Finance
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and priorities with a high degree of ownership
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners across international markets
- Experience designing and analyzing structured tests or experiments to optimize partner incentives, offers, or conversion mechanics
