Job Description
After Sales Manager managing financial and commercial performance of After Sales business in renewable energy sector. Leading customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction while tracking market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial and commercial performance of the After Sales business, ensuring revenue and business continuity
- Act as the main After Sales account manager and primary customer relationship owner
- Handle commercial negotiations after Taking Over (claims, deductions, payments)
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure effective handling of complaints
- Track market trends, regulations, and competitor activity
- Contribute to the development and promotion of After Sales products
- Manage contracts, quotations, and commercial decision‑making with customers
- Maintain regular customer contact and coordinate with the service organization for alignment
- Advise customers on After Sales solutions and promote additional products and services
- Monitor compliance with commercial contractual obligations
- Support decision‑making within major component replacement processes
- Report market insights, customer needs, and competitor developments
Requirements:
- Master degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Fluent English, both in writing and verbal interactions
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the commercial field
- Skilled in active listening and interpersonal communication
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
- Comfortable with decision-making under pressure
