Job Description
AI Product & Business Analyst shaping AI strategy, use cases, prompts, and projects for Germany’s leading care provider. Supporting digital transformation across 290 care facilities and related services.
Responsibilities:
- Further development of the company-wide AI strategy in close collaboration with business units and management
- Identification and evaluation of AI use cases with concrete business value
- Designing, creating and continuously optimizing prompts for Claude as well as other AI models and applications
- Managing and implementing AI projects as project manager – from initial concept to successful rollout
- Analyzing existing business processes and developing AI-supported optimization approaches
- Acting as an interface between business units, IT and external partners/vendors
- Developing training and enablement concepts to promote AI competence within the company
- Monitoring the AI market and technology landscape to identify new tools and trends early
- Preparing decision papers, concepts and presentations for management
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
- Solid hands-on experience in prompt engineering and working with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI models and tools
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Experience leading (AI) projects, ideally with both traditional and agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI topics clearly
- High level of initiative, a passion for innovation and a desire to actively shape new AI applications
- Excellent German and English skills
