Job Description
Analista de soluções estudantis no Ecossistema Ânima, organização brasileira de educação. Processando solicitações, documentos e registros de atendimento estudantil em regime 100% remoto.
Responsibilities:
- Perform operational activities across various student services workflows, ensuring the resolution, quality, and timely handling of student requests
- Work on the manual review workflow, analyzing submitted documentation in accordance with department guidelines
- Support team leaders and analysts with workflow-related operational activities
- Accurately record case handling and resolutions in the systems, ensuring service traceability
- Escalate nonstandard cases or cases requiring involvement from other departments to the team leader
Requirements:
- Completed high school education
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Proficiency with systems
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour-12-minute break
