Job Description
Product Owner driving the evolution of AI platform for BSC Analytics by translating vision into engineering priorities. Collaborating with teams to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy and platform goals.
- Translate product vision and complex requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and leadership to shape platform capabilities and technical direction.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning development priorities with business objectives and platform evolution.
- Facilitate product planning activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery.
- Monitor progress toward product goals, adjusting priorities and scope as needed to maximize impact and delivery outcomes.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, working with engineering leadership to resolve issues and keep delivery on track.
- Evaluate opportunities to improve platform capabilities, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the evolution of BSC Analytics’ AI platform, helping identify new capabilities, workflows, and automation opportunities.
- Support and collaborate with engineering teams, fostering clarity around priorities and enabling effective execution.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience owning technical products as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment
- Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs
- Experience building or supporting platform-based products
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver technical products
- Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, or data-driven products
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)
- Experience with Agile practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Consulting environment experience (Preferred Qualification)
- Experience in highly regulated industries (Preferred Qualification)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification (Preferred Qualification)
