Job Description
AI Sales Solutions Engineer translating CM.com’s AI-powered customer engagement platform into business value for US customers. Leading technical discovery, demos, solution design, and partner enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical SME for the US region, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to scope, demo, and position the CM.com portfolio, including AI Agents, against customer needs
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for prospects and customers
- Translate business requirements into concrete, credible CM.com implementations
- Coach and enable colleagues and partners through training sessions, playbooks, and hands-on support
- Represent the voice of the field to Product and Engineering by surfacing patterns from customer and partner conversations
- Use AI tools to improve work by experimenting, automating, and sharing effective practices with the team
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a technical sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role
- Ideally supporting AI, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms
- Hands-on fluency with AI/LLM-based products
- Ability to explain AI/LLM business value in plain language to technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of running effective demos, technical discovery, and enablement sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers
- Fluent in English
- Based on the Eastern Seaboard of the United States
- Flexibility to travel approximately 10% of the time
- Actively experimenting with the newest AI models and products to improve work
