Job Description

Specialist providing remote and on-site technical support for dental products. Key focus on digital CADCAM/CBCT/IOS equipment with international collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides remote and on-site support to customers experiencing technical issues (hardware or workflow)
  • Assess the issue (gather the customer's problem description and identify faulty components)
  • Troubleshoot digital issues and conduct customer consultations via phone, TeamViewer and other remote service solutions
  • Train or guide end users remotely
  • Perform service visits to repair or replace defective equipment
  • Analyze, identify and resolve customer issues using analytical methods
  • Maintain a technical knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Several years in the dental CAD/CAM industry as a dental laboratory technician
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Good understanding of clinical practice workflows
  • Experience managing customers by phone and email, including sales prospecting
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Strong IT skills: CAD software, TeamViewer, order processing systems
  • National travel: 30%
