Job Description
Estonian-speaking customer service agent supporting clients remotely for Greece-based recruitment and BPO firm. Handling phone, email, and live-chat enquiries while recording cases in CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Estonian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently, ensuring positive resolutions.
- Log customer interactions and case details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide information, guidance, or escalation pathways.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to maintain service standards and support continuous improvement.
- Meet and exceed response time, customer satisfaction, and quality performance targets.
- Stay informed about client products, services, policies, and updates.
- Support onboarding of knowledge and best practices within the team.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Estonian, spoken and written, is essential.
- Valid EU passport or EU citizen status is mandatory.
- Good command of English.
- Previous customer service, customer support, or related client-facing experience is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-discipline, reliability, and time management.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and standard office software.
