Job Description
AccessLex Institute, a nonprofit serving law students and legal education, seeking a remote sponsorship and partnership operations leader. Coordinating partners, events, deliverables, budgets, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation, execution, and ongoing administration of sponsorship and partnership agreements and initiatives
- Serve as the primary operational contact for partners, sponsors, vendors, and external organizations
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, departments, and external partners to achieve commitments, deliverables, and objectives
- Track partnership deliverables, milestones, renewals, and organizational obligations, proactively resolving operational issues
- Facilitate partner outreach, meetings, presentations, communications, and related materials
- Maintain partner and sponsor relationships and identify opportunities to enhance value and engagement
- Manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously while aligning with organizational goals
- Support participation in industry conferences, meetings, and sponsored events
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, travel, materials, and partner engagement activities
- Liaise with event organizers and external stakeholders and support onsite event execution as needed
- Maintain partnership records, CRM data, contracts, invoices, and tracking systems
- Monitor budgets, expenses, sponsorship benefits, and key performance indicators
- Prepare reports and provide leadership with insights on partnership effectiveness, renewals, and improvement opportunities
- Support process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and stakeholder experience
- Keep the Managing Director informed of progress, risks, and operational needs
Requirements:
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
- Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships, membership programs, or stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience tracking contracts, deliverables, budgets, renewals, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/reporting systems
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful execution of partnership objectives
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Experience coordinating conference sponsorships, industry events, or strategic partnership programs preferred
- Familiarity with contract administration, invoice processing, budget tracking, and performance measurement preferred
- BS/BA in Business, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of progressive full-time experience in partnerships, sponsorships, external relations, organizational engagement, project management, event management, or a related field
- Experience within nonprofit, higher education, association, professional services, mission-driven, or similarly complex organizations preferred
- Must be present and accessible for at least 40 hours per week
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during the company’s standard hours of 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
