Job Description
Associate Director managing strategic relations for Neurovascular business at Johnson & Johnson. Developing engagement strategies and expanding relationships with healthcare leaders and professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Development of customer engagement plan with a focus on Emerging Leaders and Fellows in alignment with Director, Strategic Relationships and JJMTNV Leadership.
- Build and expand the network of Fellows, Early Career and Emerging Key Opinion Leaders to support the JJMTNV business imperatives.
- Support US Commercial Advisory Boards.
- Build and execute programs to support focused customers in partnership with Global Strategic Marketing, Regional Marketing and professional education.
- Coordinate select virtual and live advisory board meetings and provide guidance on qualified experts.
- Drive regular leadership engagement with identified physicians to support building the CERENOVUS brand and reputation and to acquire critical feedback for ongoing and future strategic initiatives.
- Support specific professional education programs, clinical research collaboration, and other customer engagement strategies where appropriate.
- Coordinate contact with identified neurovascular key opinion leaders to ensure that communications and legal contracts and collaborations are streamlined and organized.
- Drive additional tasks as designated by leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience in medical Device market (3+ years of experience in Neurovascular market)
- Possess existing relationships with current Neurovascular physicians in market
- Strong technical knowledge of neurovascular procedure and devices
- Experience in working closely and managing key industry healthcare leaders, skilled in building strong relationships with these industry influencers
- Demonstrated success of collaboration with critical internal and external stakeholders and substantial customer interface
- Strong business acumen competency
- Understanding of business processes, high negotiation skills and has passion to achieve sustained, superior results
- Proven track record of regional execution, and relationship management

- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively influence at all levels in the organization
- Ability to travel up to 50% which may include overnight and select international travel.
