Job Description
Director of Enterprise Systems at SuperCare Health overseeing Brightree implementation and operational efficiency initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive system adoption and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the enterprise-wide Brightree strategy
- Act as a change leader, proactively identifying gaps
- Lead full lifecycle implementation efforts, including vision-setting, planning, execution
- Establish clear implementation frameworks, timelines, and accountability structures
- Champion a culture of adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Build and scale a structured training ecosystem for employees
- Design and enforce standardized workflows across intake, billing, and operations
- Define and track KPIs related to system adoption and operational efficiency.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team responsible for implementation and support.
Requirements:
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations and technical teams
- Deep functional expertise in Brightree
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to drive change and influence across all levels of the organization
- Experience in a multi-location or high-growth healthcare organization
- Familiarity with revenue cycle management and payer requirements
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
