Job Description
Senior Director, Value Creation Strategy specializing in financial and operational goals for a large multinational brand. Working remotely to drive business value and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of financial and operational goals to deliver business targets, including margin improvement, cash generation, and operating margin across the strategic horizon.
- Support development and implementation of a new value creation framework.
- Support the design and development of a three phase approach to drive business led value creation model.
- Work with VP to align value creation initiatives with broader corporate goals and strategic priorities.
- Assess and prioritize new improvement opportunities across the full P&L.
- Identify risks and opportunities and assess feasibility accordingly.
- Lead and execute business cross functional initiatives including tariff mitigation from concept design to delivery.
- Develop and drive a standard global project methodology.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline.
- 15 years of related experience is required with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience across a number of supply chain, business and/or enterprise leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain/business strategy and/or change project/program leadership roles in a multinational company and/or in an commercial/operations practice group in a strategic consulting company.
- International experience and a drive to work with diverse teams and cultures.
