Job Description
Senior Director responsible for profitably growing Conagra’s existing business in global markets. Leading cross‑functional teams to design and execute commercial strategies across 60+ countries.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sustained profitable growth of existing business in existing markets.
- Define and map growth opportunities, and develop and execute commercial plans tailored to diverse global markets.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment to vision, strategies, and P&L deliverables.
- Oversee P&L stewardship including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resourcing decisions.
- Execute a multiyear acceleration plan including G2N, A&P, and SG&A investments.
- Build and nurture global partnerships that unlock growth.
- Monitor and report on growth KPIs including awareness, distribution, trial, market share, net sales, GP$, and GM% to senior leadership.
- Champion and customize global playbooks and best practices across markets.
- Provide strategic updates, governance, and thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and successful product launches consistent with company standards.
- Travel 25%.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of consumer packaged goods experience leading international markets; food experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing global markets
- Skill in designing and executing commercial strategies across diverse geographies
- Advanced negotiation, risk management, and executive decision‑making skills
- Strong organizational capability, critical thinking, and a results‑oriented mindset
- Experience with strategic planning, disciplined execution, and P&L management
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
- Proficiency with project management tools, market analysis, and product development processes
- Growth mindset, ambition, and cultural intelligence
- Capacity to influence, drive alignment, and deliver operational excellence.
- Commercial orientation with experience working with distributors and global sales partners
- High personal accountability and follow‑through; leads by example
