VP Product Management leading Stellar Health’s value-based care product squads. Owning roadmaps, delivery, and a four-person Product Management team.

Own the active roadmap, planning cycles, and delivery execution for Stellar’s product squads, encompassing Total Cost of Care, EHR and Integrations, and Data Platform
Turn Stellar’s product strategy into reality through consistent, high-quality shipping
Build and lead a team of 4 Product Managers
Own squad-level strategy and execution while reporting to the SVP Product
Shape how a 4-squad product organization plans, hire and grow the PM bench, and establish disciplined product management practices
Act as connective tissue across Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Implementations, Operations, and Growth
Manage day-to-day delivery and serve as primary escalation point for all 4 PMs
Hire, coach, and retain Product Managers; run performance reviews and career development
Hold PMs accountable for capacity planning, root-cause analysis, tradeoffs, stakeholder alignment, metrics, and estimates
Own capacity tracking and execution measurement across all squads; identify and mitigate risks
Build and run the roadmapping process, including cadence, format, and OKR-to-project traceability
Establish, improve, and retire team processes as needed
Coordinate with Design and Engineering to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Coordinate with Product Marketing, Operations, and Growth to drive awareness and adoption
Align Technical Implementations, Enterprise Analytics, and DevOps with the product squads
Develop and share points of view on Stellar’s work and disagree and commit when necessary

At least 12 years of relevant career experience in product, tech, healthcare, or some combination thereof, with at least 6 in product management, with career growth and additional responsibilities added along the way
At least 5 years of people management experience, including managing a multi-person Product Management team — hiring, coaching, and performance management, not just individual PM execution
Experience running a roadmap or capacity governance process across more than one team
Comfortable holding PMs accountable to a plan without owning the deep domain expertise of every squad they run
Comfortable operating without formal authority over adjacent functions — able to build working agreements with other depts and escalate conflicts appropriately
Healthcare or health-tech background a plus, particularly value-based care — several squads’ work is EHR-integration- and VBC-specific
