Job Description

Senior Director leading strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle delivery for Precision eControl’s Orion platform. Driving B2B SaaS product outcomes for brands managing eCommerce sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve strategy for an assigned Orion platform domain
  • Establish problems to solve, target outcomes, strategic choices, sequencing, and success measures
  • Represent domain strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and outcomes to executive leadership
  • Build knowledge of brand, attorney, and internal user workflows through customer engagement, platform data, win/loss insight, market research, and continuous discovery
  • Validate needs and assumptions before committing development capacity
  • Own the domain roadmap and make evidence-based prioritization and scope decisions
  • Balance customer value, revenue and retention potential, delivery effort, risk, dependencies, and long-term platform health
  • Partner with product, engineering, data science, customer-facing teams, and executive leadership to align decisions
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration
  • Develop valuable, feasible, usable, viable, and scalable solutions
  • Resolve cross-domain dependencies and define shared platform requirements with Engineering
  • Ensure Orion remains architecturally coherent and integrated
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Vorys eControl, and other stakeholders on positioning, launch readiness, enablement, customer communication, and feedback loops
  • Coach and develop Product Managers
  • Establish decision context and accountability and strengthen product craft
  • Model rigorous, customer-centered, outcome-oriented product leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar field
  • Minimum of 8 years in product management preferred
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and translate it into outcomes, roadmaps, discovery plans, and investment decisions
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS product leadership, including complex workflows, analytics, data-driven products, and multiple user personas
  • Mastery of continuous discovery, user research, jobs-to-be-done methodology, quantitative product analysis, and agile delivery practices
  • Strong product judgment and ability to make strategic tradeoffs
  • Technical and data fluency covering platform architecture, integrations, data quality, analytics, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, scalability, and technical debt management
  • Proven cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and translating usage data into roadmap decisions
  • Commercial acumen covering acquisition, retention, adoption, service delivery, and operational efficiency
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting product strategy and roadmaps to executive leadership
  • Experience managing or mentoring Product Managers while remaining hands-on with discovery and delivery
  • Candidates must be authorized for employment in the United States
