Job Description
Part-time Lead Generation Specialist for reality capture and BIM firm. Identifying decision-makers at engineering and architecture firms to open project opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and work a targeted prospect list across the Eastern U.S.: AEC firms, developers, building owners, GCs, MEP engineers, historic preservation firms, and institutional facilities teams
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone — with messaging that educates as much as it sells
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls for our project and technical team
- Track pipeline signals: permit filings, project announcements, RFP activity, and industry news
- Maintain CRM records and deliver a weekly pipeline report
- Continuously test and refine messaging based on what resonates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B lead generation, business development, or sales experience
- Background in AEC, construction technology, geospatial, or surveying strongly preferred
- Able to learn and credibly represent technical services to non-technical decision-makers
- Strong written and verbal communicator — you write emails people actually respond to
- Self-directed and organized; you do not need daily supervision to stay on target
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
