Job Description
Benefits Technology Administration Manager at OneDigital leading a team and managing operational initiatives in benefits technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a Benefits Technology team
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and be an effective stakeholder
- Serve as point of escalation for escalation issues
- Own forecasting and prioritization for benefit technology amongst your team
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
- Monitor workloads and workflows to ensure service deliverables are met
- Responsibility for staffing and performance management
- Conduct staff training, development and mentoring
- Analyze performance outcomes
- Design and manage detailed project plans
- Build relationships with internal departments
- Participate in industry and other professional networks
- Meet or exceed department goals
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Current life and health insurance license, preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a leader of people
- Knowledge/Experience with HCM Solutions required
