Job Description

Benefits Technology Administration Manager at OneDigital leading a team and managing operational initiatives in benefits technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Benefits Technology team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and be an effective stakeholder
  • Serve as point of escalation for escalation issues
  • Own forecasting and prioritization for benefit technology amongst your team
  • Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
  • Monitor workloads and workflows to ensure service deliverables are met
  • Responsibility for staffing and performance management
  • Conduct staff training, development and mentoring
  • Analyze performance outcomes
  • Design and manage detailed project plans
  • Build relationships with internal departments
  • Participate in industry and other professional networks
  • Meet or exceed department goals
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Current life and health insurance license, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a leader of people
  • Knowledge/Experience with HCM Solutions required
