Job Description
Bilingual Client Integration and Growth Specialist at APEXA, guiding clients through the engagement cycle involving prospecting, implementation, and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse group of clients and act as the first point of contact throughout the prospecting, sales, & integration phases of the client cycle.
- Provide ongoing evaluation and analysis of client needs through deep understanding of client processes, identify business risks, and introducing solutions.
- Available to provide client training, best practice review, and assist with onboarding and implementation of APEXA.
- Maintain client centric focus, promote the brand, elevate client relationships.
- Create client-facing presentations and collaborate on marketing content to drive sales and adoption.
- Drive revenue through client acquisition and market identification.
- Schedule and lead regular sales and account meetings with clients, tracking action items and decisions.
- Provide regular updates to internal APEXA team including revenue vs plan, new clients, training and product feedback.
- Attend internal and stakeholder meetings, acting as both a system expert and industry specialist.
- Assist with new product research and development.
- Support internal process and document development for project implementation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in the Life Insurance industry (with a Carrier or MGA)
- 2+ Years Business Development/Account Management/Sales
- Strong understanding of distribution relationships between Advisors, MGA and Carriers
- Knowledge of the contracting and/or licensing and compliance requirements for Life Insurance Advisors
- Bilingual is required (French & English)
