Job Description

Global Growth Marketing Manager leading diner acquisition strategy across New Zealand, Australia, and UKI for First Table. Collaborating with various teams to drive sustainable and profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own diner acquisition strategy across New Zealand, Australia, and UKI
  • Lead channel mix, media investment, and acquisition budget allocation
  • Develop market-specific growth plans, with a strong focus on scaling UKI demand
  • Lead our performance agency relationship, from strategy and briefs through to outcomes
  • Use CAC, ROAS, payback period, LTV, conversion rates, and channel ROI to guide investment decisions
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering, to improve first-booking conversion
  • Champion experimentation across audiences, creative, messaging, offers, landing pages, app store experiences, and user journeys
  • Build clear reporting and recommendations that help the business understand what drives sustainable growth

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in growth, digital, acquisition, or performance marketing, ideally within a marketplace, app-based, subscription, product-led, or high-growth consumer business
  • Strong hands-on experience across paid acquisition channels, particularly Google and Meta
  • Commercial confidence managing meaningful budgets and making investment recommendations
  • Experience managing performance agencies or external partners
  • A strong understanding of how brand, creative, media, conversion, and customer value work together
  • Confidence using growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, and channel ROI
  • Working knowledge of experimentation, attribution, SEO, GEO, CRO, ASO, and organic acquisition levers
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex insight into clear commercial recommendations
