Job Description
Bilingual mental health expert evaluating AI-generated psychological content and clinical datasets for 24-MAG’s remote consulting platform. Providing multilingual, culturally sensitive expert feedback for responsible AI development.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for clinical accuracy, relevance, and ethical appropriateness
- Review psychological case studies, assessments, research scenarios, and therapeutic dialogues
- Identify clinically significant inaccuracies, unsupported reasoning, inappropriate recommendations, bias, and culturally inappropriate assumptions
- Assess whether generated content reflects sound psychological principles and professional standards
- Develop and review datasets involving psychological case studies, assessments, conversations, and related clinical material
- Evaluate realistic psychological and psychiatric contexts and contribute high-quality examples for AI training and evaluation workflows
- Review narrative content for consistency, clinical plausibility, and appropriate psychological reasoning
- Recommend evidence-based improvements to strengthen clinical and psychological quality
- Apply ethical, cultural, linguistic, and contextual considerations to sensitive mental-health content
- Produce detailed written feedback and verbal insights explaining evaluation findings
- Communicate complex psychological concepts in accessible and professionally precise language
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate psychological frameworks into AI training processes
- Contribute to documentation, evaluation standards, and knowledge-sharing resources
- Help maintain consistency and clinical rigour across ongoing AI development workflows
Requirements:
- Completed Ph.D. in Psychology or M.D. with completed psychiatry residency
- Native proficiency in at least one of: French, Malay, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Urdu, Swahili, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Polish, Marathi, Lithuanian, Georgian, Bengali, Vietnamese, or Indonesian
- Advanced English communication skills
- Professional experience in clinical practice, psychological research, psychiatry, or higher education
- Strong ability to explain complex psychological concepts clearly in written and verbal formats
- Excellent analytical and evaluative skills when reviewing psychological data, case material, and narrative content
- Strong understanding of ethical considerations and cultural sensitivity in global mental-health contexts
- Ability to identify bias, inaccuracies, and clinically inappropriate reasoning
- Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary or technology-focused projects is advantageous
- Strong documentation skills and ability to provide precise, actionable expert feedback
- Bilingual or multilingual expertise is essential
- Work must be completed without using confidential, proprietary, or patient-identifiable information belonging to any employer, client, institution, patient, or other third party
