Job Description

Bonus Manager driving promotions and campaigns for an innovative Marketing company in iGaming. Responsible for setting up campaigns and ensuring smooth operations while delivering real impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage bonus offers (creation, editing, mapping, removal) based on requests from internal teams and in coordination with platform representatives.
  • Configure tournaments and lotteries, ensuring accurate setup and timely launch.
  • Create and update Motion rules to support targeted campaigns and automated promotional logic.
  • Manage user groups and tagging, ensuring correct segmentation for various promotional activities.
  • Evaluate promotional requests (bonuses, tournaments) for relevance and effectiveness.
  • Perform quality checks before launch and ensure proper functioning of all promotional setups.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all promotion-related technical setups and requirements.
  • Handle incoming service requests from operational teams regarding bonus issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret numerical data and apply insights in practice.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience working with the SoftSwiss platform (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of major Tier 1 market game providers and their product specifics.
  • Knowledge of key industry metrics and concepts: GGR, NGR, Bonus Cost, Royalty, Bonus Deduction.
  • Intermediate English level or higher.
