Job Description
Business Analyst translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements for EX Squared’s digital transformation projects. Supporting process improvement, delivery coordination, and UAT across LATAM teams.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, processes, and requirements
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Document business requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze current processes and identify practical opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with project managers, product owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve questions throughout delivery
- Help prioritize requests and maintain visibility into decisions, dependencies, risks, and open issues
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios, coordinating feedback, and validating delivered solutions against business requirements
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Communicate project updates, findings, requirements, and recommendations to different audiences
- Support multiple initiatives and priorities while maintaining accurate and organized documentation
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong ability to engage stakeholders, ask effective questions, and translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Experience supporting projects through implementation and User Acceptance Testing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow issues through to resolution
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and common collaboration tools
- Advanced English communication skills (C1) and ability to collaborate effectively with an international team
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar requirements and process documentation tools
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Experience reviewing reports, KPIs, or business data to support analysis and decision-making
- Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data-related initiatives
- Experience working in supply chain, distribution, merchandising, or other large enterprise environments
- Experience identifying and recommending business process improvements
