Job Description

Analyste d'affaires TI cadrant les besoins et dossiers de projets numériques. Soutien à la gouvernance, conformité et planification dans le réseau québécois de santé et services sociaux.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project requests and assess their alignment with the organization’s strategic directions
  • Assist requesters in defining their needs and gathering the required information
  • Draft and review project presentation documents
  • Act as the liaison between requesters and IT teams to complete technical information
  • Support the preparation, optimization, and compliance of legal and regulatory documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and validate the required information
  • Ensure administrative follow-up on files and support project submission or acceptance
  • Participate in the application of regulations and the implementation of standards and targets
  • Propose client-focused approaches and tools that facilitate processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project request management processes
  • Plan, prepare, and facilitate pre-project and planning meetings
  • Follow up on approvals and authorizations
  • Advise requesters and clarify requirements
  • Maintain ongoing communication with client departments
  • Promote transparency and understanding of project integration processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, business analysis, project management, public health, or equivalent)
  • Relevant business analysis experience in IT projects, preferably in the healthcare or social services sector
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing information resource management and of issues affecting the healthcare and social services network (an asset)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and mobilize others, along with a strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or assignments simultaneously with rigor and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions
  • Ability to assess client needs and adapt services to organizational constraints
  • Ability to analyze digital needs related to projects (an asset)
  • Comfortable working in complex digital environments, with an understanding of information management and security principles (an asset)

Benefits:

  • 12-month full-time contract assignment, with the possibility of renewal
  • 100% remote work (5 days per week)
  • Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Occasional travel may be required, with no additional costs charged to the resource
